By accessing and using blejesim.com and purchasing our eSIM services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and BlejEsim, a Delaware, United States registered company ("we," "us," or "our").

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website.

BlejEsim provides eSIM (embedded SIM) services that allow you to stay connected while traveling internationally. Our services include:

The sale and activation of eSIM data packages for various destinations worldwide.

QR code generation for eSIM activation on compatible devices.

Customer support and technical assistance for eSIM setup and usage.

Account management and order history access.

Our eSIM services are subject to network availability in your destination country. We are not responsible for network outages, service interruptions, or coverage limitations beyond our control.

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under 18.

Have a device that supports eSIM technology.

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Maintain the security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, especially in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

All prices are displayed in the currency specified on our website and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our secure payment gateway (Stripe).

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our checkout page.

All transactions are processed in USD. Currency conversion fees may apply depending on your payment method and bank.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that may apply to your purchase based on your location.

In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed, and no eSIM will be activated.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for unused eSIM packages within 14 days of purchase, provided the eSIM has not been activated or any data has been consumed. Once an eSIM is activated, refunds are not available except in cases of technical failure on our part.

Refund Process: To request a refund, contact our support team at support@blejesim.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

Non-Refundable Items: Activated eSIMs, partially used data packages, and services that have been successfully delivered are not eligible for refunds unless there is a technical issue caused by our service.

Chargebacks: We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and may provide transaction records and service delivery proof to payment processors. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account termination.

Device Compatibility: It is your responsibility to ensure your device supports eSIM technology before purchase. We provide compatibility information on our website, but we are not liable for devices that do not support eSIM or for compatibility issues.

Activation: You are responsible for properly activating your eSIM according to the instructions provided. We are not responsible for activation failures due to user error, incompatible devices, or carrier restrictions.

Usage Restrictions: eSIM packages are for personal use only. Resale, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited. Violation of this provision may result in immediate service termination without refund.

Network Coverage: Network coverage and data speeds vary by location and carrier. We do not guarantee specific coverage areas or data speeds.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlejEsim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for any damages resulting from:

Network outages or service interruptions beyond our control.

Device incompatibility or user error during activation.

Loss of data or inability to access services due to carrier restrictions.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BlejEsim or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

The BlejEsim name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of BlejEsim.

You agree not to use our services:

For any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.

To engage in fraudulent activities or attempt to circumvent security measures.

To impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

To interfere with or disrupt our services, servers, or networks.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your access to our services will cease, but your order history and transaction records will be retained as required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
