ICCID (Integrated Circuit Card Identifier) is a unique 19-20 digit number that identifies your eSIM. You can find it in your order confirmation email, on your eSIM card (if you received a physical card), or in your device settings under Cellular > eSIM.
You can find your ICCID in several places: in your order confirmation email, on your eSIM card (if you received a physical card), or in your device settings. On iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular > [Your eSIM] > ICCID. On Android, go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > [Your eSIM] > ICCID.
Balance updates may take a few minutes to reflect recent usage. If your balance seems incorrect, try refreshing the page or checking again in a few minutes. If the issue persists, please contact our support team.
Data usage information is updated in real-time from your eSIM provider. However, there may be a slight delay (usually a few minutes) between actual usage and when it appears in your balance check. The information shown is accurate as of the last update from the provider.
If your eSIM has expired, you will see an "Expired" status when checking your balance. You can purchase a new eSIM package or refill your existing eSIM (if refills are available for your package) to continue using data.
You can check your eSIM balance as often as you need. There are no limits on how many times you can check your balance. We recommend checking it regularly to monitor your data usage and ensure you don't run out unexpectedly.
